Our FP Series centrifugal water separators use a cyclonic motion that pushes the water liquid out of the compressed air, this moisture then accumulates on the separator wall, and once it reaches a sufficient mass, it drips down to the bottom of the separator bowl. From there, it is efficiently discharged by the auto drain system. This method effectively eliminates up to 99% of the water aerosol content.

To ensure performance, we advise installing our FP series water separators in the following sequence: after an aftercooler and before the air tank. By implementing proper air treatment, you can minimize operational expenses such as spoilage, downtime, and maintenance. Additionally, this will safeguard your tools and equipment.
